CADER's CEO is responsible for running the daily businesses and operations of the company, working on and developing the business plan, identifying and evaluating acquisition opportunities in the targeted industry. The CEO efficiently demonstrates major external and internal management and leadership responsibilities to be able to lead the organization into the future. The key internal role includes creation/maintenance of the organization?s vision and business structure; development and empowerment of the right staff; and ensuring that the operation is at its highest level of efficiency and productivity. As for the external issues, the CEO is responsible for securing the right business for the company and staying up to date with the new developments and opportunities in the market, delivering reports to the board of directors of the company as well as ensuring the commitment of the consortium when it comes to their contribution to the field. | |

The Business Development realm of CADER is a nerve center in its sustainability. It is not enough to have the best services in the world, but be always able to sell, improve and create new services. The Business Development is about selling, cross selling, branding and profiling, and most importantly identifying potential threats and opportunities to market share and market trends and needs. | |
The Master Trainers | |
CADER operates by instructing qualified Master Trainers who transfer their knowledge to trainees in the field. CADER's Master Trainers are selected and appointed according to specific criteria that cover their educational and professional experiences. In the field of education, the Master Trainers are responsible for training teachers in schools of the Ministry of Education on using ICT tools, implementing and integrating them alongside with the new pedagogical approaches in the classrooms. CADER's Master Trainers have undergone a full time intensive training course for a period of 7 months during which they visited the Netherlands and were introduced to the Dutch experience in using and integrating ICT in education. In addition to their tasks, the Master Trainers managed to develop a customized local content based on the knowledge acquired during that period that aims at knowledge transfer. The Master Trainers are able to reflect systematically and structurally on their actions and professional development in all fields of implementation. | |
