ChangeAgent for Arab Development and Education Reform (CADER) held a training workshop for its staff and Master Trainers. The workshop under the theme "Team Harmony" took place at on Sunday, Feb 7, 2010. The workshop underlines CADER's keenness to establishing a new, developed and efficient structure of teamwork within the company in order to develop the competences of its employees and trainers.

The workshop was inaugurated by Dr. Amin Amin, Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CADER. Dr. Amin stressed the importance of efficient teamwork in business development, upgrading institutions, as well as realizing successes.

The workshop, carried out by the international trainer Jamil Sarraj, started by drawing a comparison between musicians in an orchestra and individuals in teams, where harmony in the roles contribute in playing successful and wonderful symphonies.

The workshop also included a number of tasks and activities carried out by CADER's staff and Master Trainers, which in all aimed at coming up with CADER's symphony. Such activities are based on a variety of international techniques in the training field.
