CADER seeks to offer high-quality professional development programs

In its constant efforts to develop the academic and training professional development programs in terms of content and delivery mechanism, ChangeAgent for Arab Development and Education Reform (CADER) received Dr. Trevor Davies, Director of the International Centre for Studies, Education, and Training (ICSET) at the University of Reading, United Kingdom. The visitor was received by Dr. Amin Amin, Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CADER.

This visit comes within CADER's plan to assess the work model implemented in delivering the professional development programs. In all its processes, CADER adopts a constant assessment model aiming at ensuring quality, and ongoing development and reform

During the visit, Dr. Davies was briefed on the work model CADER has adopted in all of its professional development programs throughout the past six years. Moreover, CADER's major projects and their impact on the target group were also highlighted.

The visit also included field visits to a number of workshops conducted by CADER under the different academic and training programs. Such programs include the High Education Diploma: ICT in Education offered by CADER in cooperation with INHolland University, and the Education Reform Support Program (ERSP) funded by USAID and carried out by CADER in cooperation with Creative Associates Inc. for the Ministry of Education in Jordan. During the field visits, a number of Master Trainers and trainees enrolled in the different professional and academic programs underlined the most important challenges and achievements.
